Nordic walking in the Dolomites – South Tyrol

Nordic walking is a stamina sport where you exercise within a pulse range in which mainly the bodys' own fat deposits are reduced. At the same time, Nordic walking is easy on the joints and therefore better than other stamina sports like jogging, etc. Additionally, this type of exercise has a positive effect on metabolism, circulation, and also on the mind.

The park consists of sign-posted paths of more than 275 km in length with many easy routes and routes of medium difficulty. Here you can intensively practice walking in the splendid scenery of the Puster Valley and the Dolomites.
